These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PE Upskill’s platform and services. PE Upskill acts solely as a platform connecting learners with universities, institutions, and professional programs. By accessing our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Payment of Fees

All program fees—including course fees for online degrees, certificates, or professional programs—are payable directly to the respective university or institution. PE Upskill does not charge any course fee; we only collect a nominal fee for career counselling services. It is the sole responsibility of the learner to make payments to the respective institution directly and on time.

2. Payment Gateway and Online Transactions

PE Upskill provides an online payment facility through authorized Payment Gateway Service Providers to facilitate payments for career counselling fees. This facility is not a banking or financial service, nor does PE Upskill act as a trustee or fiduciary for any payments. Payments may take 1–2 working days to process. All payments are made at the learner’s own risk.

PE Upskill is not liable for delays, failures, or errors in the payment process.

3. Limitations of Liability for Payments

PE Upskill is not responsible for:

• Unauthorized transactions
• Declined payments or failures
• Issues related to using the payment gateway
• Loss/damage due to failures of network or processing systems

4. Refund Policy

If services are rejected due to delayed payment, learners may submit a written request with payment proof. Upon verification, PE Upskill will process refunds for the counselling fee within 10 working days. Course fees paid directly to institutions are not refundable by PE Upskill.

5. Role of PE Upskill

PE Upskill is a platform that connects learners with institutions. We do not claim or collect course fees. All course delivery and fee-related matters are entirely handled by the respective universities or institutions.

6. Accuracy of Information

PE Upskill ensures the information on the website and brochures is accurate. However, institutions may modify or discontinue courses, curriculum, or delivery methods at their discretion. Such changes are subject to academic review.

7. Program Modifications

Institutions listed on PE Upskill may:

• Discontinue programs
• Modify program content or curriculum
• Change delivery methods
• Introduce or replace programs

PE Upskill is not liable for inconvenience caused by such changes; however, institutions will take measures to reduce disruptions.

8. General Terms

By using the platform, learners accept these terms as part of their agreement with the institution they enroll in. PE Upskill acts solely as a facilitator for guidance and connecting learners with educational programs.
